About The Snowball
The Snowball 2020
Sadly there will be no Snowball in 2020 but please kindly donate here to help us provide toys for needy local children this Christmas before 4th December 2020.
The Snowball is held every year with the aim of raising a collection of toys for needy children in the Leeds & Harrogate area. We have also been able to donate funds to a number of children's charities; most recently supporting the work of Throstle Nest Riding for the Disabled, plus a new online platform helping children suffering from Type 1 Diabetes and their families.
Other fantastic causes include Follifoot Park Disabled Riders Group, the Aireborough Supported Activities Scheme, the children's ward at Leeds General Infirmary, and Martin House. To find out more about the charities we have supported click here.
We're delighted to announce that the Snowball 2019 will be hosted again at The Old Swan, Swan Road, Harrogate. The event will be taking place from 7pm - 12.30am on Saturday 7th December. Save the date now!
The Old Swan is one of the most famous hotels in Harrogate, with a history going back nearly 200 years. Surrounded by pretty lawns and gardens, and just a short walk from the town centre, it combines Victorian splendour with contemporary luxury.
